Resources

RHA supports the residential experience through providing funding for campus events and initiatives through bill requests, supporting projects and advocacy through Resolutions and sharing resident feedback directly with Housing and Dining Services, and hosts large and small scale residential events to provide more opportunities for residents to socialize, engage, and develop skills. RHA Meeting Schedule and Information

RHA meetings operate on a rotating schedule, rotating between RHA Senate (legislative) meetings, life-skills workshops, Town Halls, and advocacy programs. See below for the Fall 2026 semester meeting schedule.

Overview of Parliamentary Procedures in RHA

Summer Funding Requests

Requests for funding may be made during the summer by summer Community Assistants and the Apartment Regional Council.

A set amount of funding is available for programming.
Summer funding is available for request after the conclusion of the academic year and prior to the first fall RHA meeting.
To request summer funding, please complete the Bill Template and submit the bill to Amanda Dermer, the RHA Advisor, at amanda.dermer@colostate.edu. Your bill will be reviewed by the Advisor based on the criteria and suggestions listed below and in line with the RHA Constitution and Bylaws.

Minutes–a summary of discussion points made throughout a meeting–are documented during our weekly RHA Senate meetings. Below are the latest minutes, which are available to senators and other outside organizations so that information is easily accessible.

RHA meetings are open to everyone to attend and witness, with the exception of election meetings held in the spring. Minutes will be posted weekly on the following Wednesday.
